The wormhole sucks him out of his present time, into an inter-dimensional limbo and in this gaining a certain omniscience acquired only by seeing across the vast reaches of time. He sees the many versions of our world that can be created or avoided by our decisions. He looks within himself at the short-sighted decisions he’s made and vows to right them if ever possible. A light at the end of the celestial hole approaches the Laser Baron fast.
